Sunrise Hotels & Cruises - A success story

Holidaycheck.de, with about 5 million visitors to their website, is the largest German speaking opinion portal for travel and holidays on the internet.

According to Philippe de Vizcaya, Managing Director of SUNRISE Resorts and Cruises, the portal and visitors of SUNRISE and Sentido Hotels were main factors for the success of his chain during 2014.

In an interview with Red Sea Bulletin in February, Philippe de Vizcaya informed that SUNRISE was able to compensate losses from the Russian market – as a result of the devaluation of the Ruble – from bookings from Germany, and other Mid-European countries. His hotels have the highest bookings of German guests since 7 years (!), for which he gives credit to the positive reviews posted on holidaycheck.de, as a result of permanent focus on quality and services in all the hotels.
