Seventy eight beauties from around the World came to Egypt in January to compete in the MISS INTERCONTINENTAL 2017 Finale. They had a marvelous time during their stay at SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort and enjoyed many interesting excursions.

 

SUNRISE Resorts took pride in offering beautiful world class hotels for the stay and for the final Gala Show which took place at the SUNRISE Crystal Bay.

 

Mexico's Veronica Salas Valleja was crowned Miss International 2017. The 24 year old beauty is the first Mexican woman to win this title at the 46th Miss Intercontinental Contest.

 

Hot favorite, Katarina Rodrigues from the Philippines, had to settle for the runner-up spot, while Kathelijne Heppehuis from the Netherlands finished in third place. The top 6 were complete with Miss Brazil, Amanda Cardosa (4th), Miss Colombia, Lizeth Mendieta (5th) and Miss South Korea, Lee Sun Jin (6th).
